This is a formal event for Hoosier Academy Hybrid/Insight and Indiana Digital Learning School (INDLS) juniors and seniors. Students may bring a guest, however the guest must be at least a sophomore and under the age of 21 and must submit a School Dance Guest Request form to Ms. Jones (jadejones@hoosieracademy.org) by Friday, April 26th (form available on the prom website). Tickets are now available (Single: $35; Couples: $60) and can be reserved via the website; Checks or money orders should be sent to the Admin Center (2855 N. Franklin Road, Indianapolis, IN 46219) with Attn: Prom 2019 and the student’s name and phone number. Please note that you will not be able to purchase tickets at the door.
